Arti’s Adventure – Competition Terms & Conditions

Organised by Shaping Lives (Knovia Group)
We’re delighted to welcome you to Arti’s Adventure, a fun and inspiring competition designed to celebrate creativity in early years settings. Before you get started, please take a moment to read through these terms and conditions.

By entering the competition, you’re confirming that you’ve read and agreed to the details below. If you don’t agree, we kindly ask that you don’t take part. You may wish to save or print a copy for your records.

Please note: This competition is organised by Knovia Group, trading as Shaping Lives (“we” / “us”), and is in no way sponsored or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform.

1. What’s up for grabs?

One nursery will win vouchers for early years equipment.

  • The prize is subject to availability and the confirmation of eligibility.
  • If necessary, we may offer a substitute of equal or greater value.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash.
  • If a selected nursery is unable to accept the prize, we reserve the right to choose another winner.
  1. What’s not included?

The prize covers only the items described. It does not include:

  • Delivery outside the UK
  • Additional costs or extras not clearly listed

Any arrangements beyond the prize itself are the responsibility of the nursery.

  1. Who can enter?

The competition is open to registered nurseries based in England, Scotland, or Wales.

  • Entries must be submitted by someone aged 18 or over who is authorised to act on behalf of the nursery.
  • Each nursery may submit one entry only.
  • Entries must be original work created by children within the setting.
  1. How to get involved

Participating nurseries will receive:

  • A cuddly Arti mascot
  • An Arti Pack

Your setting is invited to take Arti on imaginative adventures within the nursery environment. Children can document these using drawings, photos, notes or short stories.

Once your Arti Passport is completed, submit your entry by Friday 8th August 2025 at 11:59pm BST to marketing@pgon.co.uk

No purchase is necessary to enter.

  1. How we choose the winner

Entries will be carefully reviewed by a panel of judges from Shaping Lives. We’ll be looking for:

  • Creative storytelling and adventure
  • Active child engagement
  • Overall originality and effort

Our decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  1. How the winner will be notified

We’ll contact the winning nursery by email or phone within 7 working days of the competition closing.

If we don’t hear back within 7 days of making contact, we may select an alternative winner.

  1. What we ask from you

By entering, you confirm:

  • The entry is the original work of your nursery
  • You’ve received the appropriate consent for any photos submitted
  • Your contact and delivery details are accurate
  • You can accept delivery of the prize to a UK address
  • You’re happy to take part in related promotional activity (we’ll always ask for consent first)
  1. How we use data

We respect your privacy and the privacy of the children in your care. While children’s names won’t be published, we may share first names, nursery names, and images of Arti or the completed Passport for promotional purposes.
