Arti’s Party (First Birthday Celebration) – Terms & Conditions
We’re so excited to have you join us for Arti’s First Birthday Celebration! Before you get started, please take a moment to read the terms and conditions below.
1. Who can take part?
This campaign is open to registered Early Years settings across England, including nurseries, preschools and childminders, who have signed up to receive the Arti Birthday Celebration digital pack via the Shaping Lives website.
2. How to enter
To enter the celebration giveaway, participating settings must:
- Host an Arti birthday celebration in their setting between Monday 4 November and Friday 13 December 2025
- Take a photo or short video showcasing how they joined the fun (e.g. party activities, decorations, birthday crafts, etc.)
- Submit their entry using the official form on the campaign landing page by 23:59 on Friday 13 December 2025
Only entries received by the deadline will be considered.
3. What can you win?
Prizes will include:
- YPO vouchers to spend on Early Years resources
- A surprise Arti celebration bundle for your setting
Final prize details will be confirmed and communicated via email to all participating settings during the campaign period.
4. How winners will be chosen
Entries will be reviewed by the Shaping Lives Marketing team. The winning setting(s) will be selected based on:
- Creativity and imagination shown in the celebration
- Overall effort and engagement with the theme
- Alignment with the spirit of the campaign (fun, inclusive, joyful)
Winners will be announced during the week commencing Monday 16 December 2025.
5. Photo and video permissions
By submitting your entry, you confirm that:
- You have obtained written consent from all staff, parents or guardians of children featured in submitted photos or videos
- You are happy for Shaping Lives to share your celebration content on our social media, website or marketing materials

6. Additional information
- There is no cost to enter this campaign or receive the digital celebration pack
- Only one entry per setting will be considered for the prize draw
- Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered
- Shaping Lives reserves the right to modify or withdraw the competition at any time
