We’re absolutely thrilled to introduce Shaping Lives, a brand-new adventure from the Knovia Group, offering specialised training and apprenticeships in early childhood education! With 20 years of experience in the early years sector (originally delivered through Paragon Skills), Shaping Lives is all about nurturing the next wave of amazing educators.
To kick things off, we’re setting our sights on a huge goal: training 30,000 young individuals aged 16 to 19 in early years education by 2030. This ambitious target is our way of showing our commitment to giving every child the best possible start in life while supporting the government’s mission to expand access to affordable, high-quality early years education.
